<p>I just started to complete the housing application. I haven’t been admitted to the honors college yet, but I know I will (NMSF). Anyway, on the housing application, it had a line that was prefilled with honors = no.</p>
<p>Do I need to apply to honors before I apply for housing and make the deposit?</p>
<p>You can make the housing deposit before being admitted to the Honors College. UA will update its systems to show that you are eligible for honors housing soon after you are admitted into the Honors College.</p>
<p>Remember that the UHP and IHP applications are primarily “let us get to know you” in nature, while the the UFE and CBHP applications are competitive.</p>
