When do I submit my housing application? When I first apply to the college or once I am accepted? Thanks
You apply housing afterward. For some schools, you may need to put a deposit and/or start the housing application even before you are admitted. Most would be after you admitted and start the housing application in spring.

Housing applications are only submitted once you have been admitted and are going to matriculate to that school.
Generally speaking, once you have chosen your school by May 1st and submitted your deposit, you will get some sort of webpage that you go to in order to create your school ID, school email, start the housing and dining process, and a bunch of other new student “to do” things.
