yo f this...

i was hoping that wasn't real because i got hartley. Except it says i'm in 8B9, but the floorplan says that doesn't exist. What's going on???

Hartley has suites on two levels with a staircase connecting it inside. 8B9 is on the seventh floor.

damnit i guess you're right...

How exactly is it possible that I got my last choice? (i checked and this was indeed my last choice on the form)

Sweet, 1315B, guess that puts me right across from you on the very top Karot.

Woot, that means we're suitemates!

I'm in Wallach 4C1.

Dont' stress about being in Hartley, you have a kitchen, and you'll have your own quiet space to go back to after parties, if you decide to go do that.

Wow, looks like you got screwed arp. Ask Denzera, he's the housing God.

pretty simple...the way they do it is they give u a random number which determines when you will be assigned housing and your random number was terrible so none of your other choices were still available....welcome to columbia housing

Columbia housing works for me! I got my first choice!

Shraf is right again.

suitmates i think 1315A

Arp- My daughter was in exactly your position last year at this time. She got Wallach, which was her very last choice, and the smallest room in the dorm to boot. She ended up really liking it. Many of her floor friends requested the LLC again this year and are staying in either Hartley or Wallach. So it may turn out much better than it seems now!

yeah, sounds like zerocool and revolution are suitemates. I hope they both pick up after themselves and don't clog the toilet.

Any advice about living on the 13th floor Denz?

I'm on the fourth floor of Carman. Since it's a shorter floor, it only has a lounge area near the elevator instead of a real room. Does that mean our floor still has a TV and a couch and such in that area? I hope my floor isn't that anti social since there's less people. I've heard that most of the lower floors are mostly occupied by Orthodox Jews.

lol, yeah Denzera, any good 13th floor advice? hopefullly the elevators in carman work well.

Haha. Have fun when there's a fire drill!

It's not fire drills; it's the fire alarms that go off multiple times a week because they're so damn sensitive to someone doing basic cooking. I just locked my door and stayed inside while all the suckers went downstairs. I figured I'd have more chance of dying of frostbite standing outside through the fire alarm than of drying in a fire in the forms.

Hey rev, there's a hot girl on our floor. Woot.
