I got 1009A in Warren Towers. Is that the 10th floor? And are we on the outside of the tower or the inside?

im in the trustee scholars house! im really surprised i got a bay state brownstone as a freshman…especially since they said honors has to live in towers. hopefully there are a few other freshmen there!

Rooms in A tower facing east have a great view.

Corner doubles are larger.

C Tower’s Elevators rarely work .

Rooms -00 through -13 of A Tower have good views.

Rooms -14 through -22 in C Tower have great views.

Students in B Tower, -14 through -22 of A, and -00 through -13 of C are warned to close their curtains (these are the rooms where you look out of your window and see the next tower over).

All -11 and -15 are corner doubles and the largest double occupancy rooms on campus.

All -12,-14, -00, and -24 are large corner single occupancy rooms.

All -13 are back quadruple occupancy rooms.

kingkajc, it’s in the middle tower. Your floor has a laundry room instead of a common room. Also the hall director or faculty in residence have an apartment on your floor. The good thing is that you don’t have to wait for elevators.

Moxess, I’m in the same tower so see you in the elevators lol

Shields (which everyone calls C-tower) is the best one… And yes, I’m completely biased because I lived there last year. I really think our elevators are by far the best though, not to mention how C-tower is closest to the biggest laundry room & mail room. Warren’s fun to live in freshman year. You bond a lot. I loved it very much, and a part of me will miss the experience next year!

You guys know anything about South Campus 29 Bruswell Street? Its a specialty housing which I am really surprised by…since I thought I will get into Warren Now I want to swap…is it wise to give up South Campus for Warren?

Well Hanita, you were the reason I selected the management floor Hehe thanks!!! New windows hmm? New windows, but nothing to look @ from Marshall =/.

eytukan, you might want to switch…it’s a lot easier for freshmen to make friends in warren than a brownstone. that being said, the accommodations are probably nicer!

i doubt that any upperclassmen got put into warren besides RA’s because there’s enough underclassmen who wanted warren and no upperclassmen in the right mind would put down warren for a housing choice so … but gluck with your swap!

I know some sophomores who are in warren, eytukan. Warren is so big there will be plenty of openings and at the very least you will get a room in Warren come spring semester if you can’t get it now. I think Buswell is really nice, so you will have great accommodations - I have a friend who is dorming there next year.
