Housing Assignments!

Thanks RavNzCRoFT :slight_smile:
IDK if the room being tucked away is a good or bad thing lol.

What’s the thought on Dardick?

Dardick is great! It’s not as close to everything as it could be, but that’s not really an issue. You can go through the parking lot in back of the building as a shortcut. It’s a modern dorm with tempurpedic mattresses, normal sized rooms, relatively nice bathrooms for each suite, etc.

Also, the Student Health Services is on the bottom floor of the building, which is nice. (Not the they actually are helpful when you’re sick
)

3063 Eliot

Any info on Thomas Eliot?

It’s a modern, built in 2002. Not a bad dorm. I think most, if not all of the building consists of four-person single suites, which is rare for freshmen.

Thoughts on Koenig double?

Does anyone have any info on a Ruby triple? Some people on the facebook group make it sound a tad
scary :stuck_out_tongue: Is it really that bad?

I know someone who was in a Ruby triple last year. It seemed very cramped, especially compared to my big room in Park. Still, it’s not bad compared to other schools’ dorms.

I ended up really liking my Ruby triple last year. Granted, I also got along well with my two roommates, and if that’s not the case, well
It can be cramped; yet you can fit a surprisingly large number of people in it if you want (15+). Bunk two of the beds, move all the furniture to the walls, thus leaving the center of the room open; it’s a much better arrangement than the standard. Privacy and noise can be a problem, but that’s to be expected of a triple.

Most people end up liking Ruby more than they think they will, at least people I knew.
