Housing Assignments

When are we notified of our housing assignments for next year? Also, when do we first get the name and phone number of our room/suite mates so we can begin coordinating who will bring what?

Assuming you're going to be a freshman this fall, you'll get that stuff sometime in July.

i called housing and they told me at the very beginning of June

Damn, they made us wait until July last year...

danny, are you serious?

SWEET DEAL!!!

Housing website says early July.

well.........i called them up twice and they said that we will know where we will live in 2-3 weeks...which is early June.

Let's hope for early June because I really want to know if I'll be in air conditioning next year or dying from heat exhaustion in Craige.

do u go to UNC cs08carolina?

Everyone returning to UNC has our housing assignments already.

Triple in Spencer, hells yeahhhh

I'll be a first-year with you Danny.

you will automatically be in air conditioned room if you asked for one in your application. if not, theres a chance you can get a non-airconditioned one.

Uhhh...where did it ask for an air-conditioning preference in the housing application? I went back and looked and it didn't say anything about that. Unless you meant if you asked for a dorm that is all air-conditioned. Also, what is the first day we can move in to the dorms if we attend the August CTOPS session?

meaning if you are allergic, and with a doctor's note, you will be automatically be sent to air conditioned room.

im going to be a freshman next year and a kid who is sophmore just contacted me via facebook and saying im his roomate. I submitted my housing app a week ago. Any advice on how i can check this because on my oyen nothing pops up.

What are the odds of a freshman getting Kenan or Cobb??

not good. kenan over cobb but i wouldnt count on either

Really? I would say I definitely knew more freshmen in Cobb than Kenan.

Statistically speaking I'd say it's easier to get into Cobb rather than Kenan, simply because Cobb is so much bigger, unless you're talking about the Kenan community, in which case, I'm clueless.
