<p>I don't know much about the dorms at RU, but I do know that I want to dorm at the Busch campus. What dorms do you recommend? The brief description of each building at RU website isn't that helpful in my opinion.</p>

<p>As a freshman, you cannot choose your building, you can only prioritize a campus. </p>
<p>If you want to be on Busch, fill out the housing app and submit your deposit as soon as the app becomes available. You will probably be put in one of the BAMM dorms. People don’t like Davidson as much because there isn’t air cooling as in BAMM.</p>
<p>Thanks for the info. Do you know if a lot of freshmen can get the BEST hall or is it all taken already? Also, what halls are part of BAMM?</p>

<p>One of these is an all male dorm, and one of them houses honors engineering students. My son prioritized Busch campus as an RBS freshman and he was placed in Allen.</p>
<p>I live at BEST and I have to warn you that you must be willing to deal with antisocial situations… I do not mean hostile situations but BEST is a science residence therefore people are more focused on their work… for the most part at least. So if you are looking for a “fun freshmen year” I would say go to livi first year… if you want to come to Busch and dont mind self closing doors… come to BEST.</p>
