Housing available for spring admit

Spring Admits,

I am a former transfer student myself so I know how terrible process may have been for you. By this point im sure that only Pacific, Founders and Sierra apartments are left and let me be the first to tell you, they are TERRIBLE. I am moving from my apartment and I desperately need someone to fill my spot.

I am NOT in University Housing, but I am in building that only has students living in it. All that means is that you do not have an RA and in the case of my Apartment, you will have your own room.

My apartment is located on the corner of Portand and Adams, the complex is called "Portland Villas," its one block from greek row and a 5 minutes walk to campus. As previously mentioned, you would have your own room. Its a two bedroom apartment with a living room and a kitchen. I bought all of my own furniture for the living room but i'd be willing to leave it for whoever took over. My current roommate is a very easy going guy. He is a junior, but very easy to get along with. Rent is a little more expensive, its just under $900/month. The room that I am selling is VERY large. It has two closets, a large window, and its own air conditioning unit. There is a gated area to put your bike and you need a key just to get into the building, its very safe.

Again, its NOT university housing. You do not have an RA and you dont have to run the risk of sharing your room with someone you dont like. Please let me know if your interested, im trying to get this taken care of ASAP. Email me if you're interested. Bhorwitz@usc.edu
