<p>you should have done that some time ago, before they assigned roommates. It's called CAR (don't know what it stands for). You should direct this to askHousing on the UCLA website (housing.ucla.edu)</p>
<p>you should also post this on the UCLA board.</p>
<p>also, if you're a transfer student, it is very unlikely that they'll put you in a hall. a hall is for freshmen and sophomores and it is pretty... cramped.</p>
