<p>I want to sign up for housing at tech so that I can get my first preference but I am still not 100 percent sure I am going here. Is there a penalty if I submit the housing contract and dont end up attending the school??</p>

<p>I do not think you can sign up for your housing contract unless you pay your $400 deposit. However, if you are not early admission you can get your deposit back if you request if by May 1. Or you could just wait until you are 100% sure you want to attend VT.</p>
