<p>Are there elevators in all the West buildings? Do people on the 2nd floor usually just walk up? That was kind of a big deal at the school I last went to (we'd always criticize those on the 2nd floor who took elevators), haha</p>

<p>I believe it refers to McFaddin Hall. It's a Gothic dorm that is part of Bethe House. </p>

<p>i would b surprised if anyone knows about the standalone and suite-singles situation since the house will be brand new~ but i was the only occupant listed under my application so im assuming mine is not in a suite. did u guys have other people listed under the application like what soccerguy had?</p>

<p>Yes, I was surprised too at how fast we got our housing assignments. I believe they are carpeted, but you can request a "bare-floor" option upon medical request.</p>

<p>The housing office won't entertain your request for a room change until you arrive on campus in the fall...and there is a $50 fee to do so</p>
