<p>Hopefully your situation gets taken care of. If other people are putting in requests after your sons and getting reassigned, then something does not add up with the information you were given.</p>
<p>I wouldn’t loose hope just yet. Like others said, stuff happens. A bunch of people’s final transcripts probably were not too pretty, space will probably open up yet.</p>
