Housing for NIH SIP

Hi everyone!
I've been accepted to the NIH SIP but I have no idea where to live over the summer. Has anyone done this program before and know where students usually live? I know there is craigslist, but I am a little wary of living with random strangers. There are also university dorms, but those are quite expensive, and don't usually open early enough (I want to start my internship in mid-may).
Also, for those that have done NIH SIP before.. is there a good intern community? I will know a couple of people in D.C. but I want to make sure I won't be bored and will have people to hang out with!

THANKS!

There is a yahoo user group that you can join that is for IRTAs at NIH. I can try to find it but I think you can just google.
There are always lots of postings, you should be able to find a summer spot with students that way.
Also, if you contact the program head they can put you in touch with students etc who might have a lead or be willing to send around an email.
