<p>I will be transfering in fall 2011 and i am an international student looking to live in dorms.</p>
<p>Everyone says hopkins is the one to go for since it is specifically for transfers. so that will be my first choice.</p>
<p>what do you think about the second choice? if i cant get in hopkins which one is the best??</p>
