I was wanting to know what housing would be the best to chose. I want to be with people around my age (20) and be able to study when I can but also be social
Join the club. This is what almost every single student wants. South campus is going to lean towards the social side; north campus leans to the academic side. Individual buildings and floors varying from year to year due to hall directors and resident advisors. It’s very difficult to predict.
Residence on 10th is your best choice in my opinion. Its for non freshman and suite style so you will have 1 roommate but 4 of you will share a suite. Its really nice and people are definitely social. If that isn’t available you will be fine in most dorms and more then likely get a roommate who isn’t a freshman, but most of the people on your floor will probably be.
This isn’t related to housing but you can send your AP exam scores to count as part of the credits right? My scores are the difference between me having to send high school transcript or not.
When I transferred I lived in Worthington (on 10th). I love that building. It is relatively new and my double was spacious. It is also on South campus which is where the social scene is at. I will recommend any of the Hall Complex or some other dorm on south campus.
