Housing form from Emory??

I've got a bit of a problem here. I never sent a deposit to Emory and told them that I would be attending another college in the letter I sent back to them. However, I just got their housing forms in the mail today and a letter telling me how great it is that I've chosen Emory. I guess I'm kind of worried now because Williams said that you can't accept admissions at two different colleges, and I know that I was very clear in my letter to Emory that I wouldn't be going there. What should I do? Has this happened to anyone else? Am I in trouble? Thanks

It's totally fine. Just send an email to Emory's admission office explaining to them the situation. Williams doesn't need to know.

If Emory's confusion persists, call them or write them again, repeating that you are enrolling elsewhere and have declined their offer, attaching a copy of your earlier letter. With all the paperwork the various admissions offices are juggling, it's easy to see how there would be the occasional mistake.

Congratulations on your Williams acceptance.
