Does anyone know when we will be recieving forms about housing and a code to access the students only section of the webpage? Thanks!

Haverford will mail out housing information in the first week of June. Information of students who have enrolled has yet to be submitted (from admission office) to registrar office, which is then responsible for sending all the matriculation-related packets. From what I have heard Registrar office, after gathering information of incoming class, provides housing office the names of students who are coming this fall; I do not know if housing packets and matriculation packets comes up in the same mail. Online welcome to the class of 2009 will be updated very soon (no later that may 15 i guess).

Thank you!

Anyone gotten anything yet regarding the admitted students website? I just got a letter from Haverford but it was about tuition payment plans.

i think, last year the admitted students website was updated on may 17 n housing assignment was due june 2...
so much be updated within a week from now...today is commencement day, n college might have been busy from it.

admitted student website has been updated today. housing application will be updated on may 25.

Its great to finally see some action on Haverford's part...but is there anything we are supposed to do now that this link is up there? Or do we wait for instructions from the college?

Pardon the ignorance on my part, but I'm a little confused. Where is the admitted students link? Are Haverford incoming freshman already supposed to know of this link or are we being sent it in the mail shortly with housing info?

Jrose,
go to www.haverford.edu then go to the page for "Admission and Finicial Aid," located on the left side. There you will find a link entitled "Welcome to the class of 2009!"

Thanks, veryberrycherry9. I got it and am so excited that Haverford has finally updated its website!

veryberrycherry9, i dont think there is anything we shoud do till tommorow (may 25) when housing application is updated. In the enrollment package that we ill be recieving very shortly, we will get studnet ID no and haverford email account. They will tell us all the things that we need to do through haverford email account.

Thank you haverunik. You seem to know everything! :-)

Anyone know why they didn't update the housing application yesterday?

probably caught up with the waitlist or something

sorry for the late reply....i heard something like academic computing center having some delay/problems over opening email account for us (incoming freshman)..

you can now activate your email account if you have got user name and credential(password) from haverford through email/snail mail.. i got mine today... they sent the mail today ..it contains letter from deans office, schedule for summer mailings and letter from computing center( which contains email account/username n password)....
after you activate your email account, u can complete housing application which is available online.

any more news about wait list??
