I've been looking through some of the older posts on housing along with NEU's website, and so far this is what I have taken away from it:
- West Village F's dorm is kickass.
- Non-honors freshman housing isn't that great.
- Certain LLC's can get you into suites.

Anyone have any more specific information on the LLC's that can get you a suite?
I know International can get you a suite, but I've also read that Multiculturalism can...

Also any current NEU students have any information on the International & Multiculturalism LLC's, like what you do in them, what they require from you, are they fun, etc? I read that they contain a lot of students that just wanted to get a better dorm, is that true?

The Corporate Explorers LLC interests me, but I would also like a suite, hehe. :)

I believe all the LLCs are going to be located in Parcel 18 which is the new dorm/gym/dining hall building on campus. I think the layout (and others correct me if I'm wrong) is two bedrooms connected to a common bathroom. So while you may not have a kitchen, you will definitely have the nicest, newest, cleanest housing on campus. Also WVF is going to be converted to honors program upperclass housing so it is now off limits for freshmen.

Wow, that sounds really cool. I am definitely interested in joining an LLC, and the pictures of the new building look pretty nice. No need for a kitchen if the dining hall is in the building itself too. It sounds pretty sweet if that's what they're going to be doing this year. Thanks.

Not all of the LLCs are going to be in Parcel 18. All of the upperclassmen LLCs will be (except for CS, which is apparently in Willis), but not all of the freshman LLCs will be. Parcel 18 is "semi-private" singles and doubles, which means two rooms connected by a bathroom-- either two singles or two doubles.
