<p>So what's the deal with "accepting" the housing contract? If we don't accept it then......we're gonna be homeless next year? So we pretty much have to accept it right?</p>

The long distance is kind of bittersweet (long distance = less accumulation of fat) but otherwise Hedrick Summit sounds very nice.
I can't wait.</p>
