My son will attend CU-ICAR at Greenville SC, I need advice on renting house or apartment. I searched google and will visit Greenville, but we still have no clue.

I’ve applied to CU-ICAR too and although I haven’t been accepted yet, I can’t find anything suitable for students to stay in. I think a current/ past student can help us as he/she will have already gone through this process before.
I think I got an answer this time. There’s a group on facebook for all CU-ICAR fall 2015 applicants call CU-ICAR fall 2015. They’ve told me that “most” students live Waterside greene which is a couple of miles away from campus but has free shuttle transport. Make sure you son joins the group.
