Housing Problem - which dorm fits me?

I’m working on the housing options, but I’m an international student so I don’t think I can manage to choose a dorm which fits me.

About me:
Outgoing, extrovert
Love sports (specifically basketball)
International Studies and the global economy as major
Sociable but not so into party stuff
rather study at my own room than in library

I’m looking for a great college experience above academic distinction.
Money is not a problem but whether the cash is worth it is my concern.
Plus is Air Con essential? I’m from Hong Kong, where there’s a hot and humid summer.

I’m now having Fluor on my mind…
With the gym nearby, it is equipped with air con.

But is it true that a suite is antisocial? I mean I’m really looking forward to making new friends at USC, so will Fluor not be a good fit for me?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Yeah, my parents want me to stay in a suite or apartment but I’d rather spend my first year at a hall. More social. Also, are you planning on staying over for the Winter break? I’m an international student as well.

I’m international & I applied to Webb studio. I don’t know if I’ll stay over for winter break, but I like having the opportunity to do that.

I’m waiting for a few more colleges, but once I know for sure that I’m attending USC I’m going to apply to New or North. I really like the social aspect of it.

I’m staying in the US for the winter break. But dont you guys think that Webb is even more antisocial?
Maybe you can store your bulk things at USC and go couch surfing during winter break! (just an idea)

New North would def be a good fit for you if you’re really sociable.

Can anyone tell me the difference between A&H and IRC? They are both at Parkside but I can’t tell the difference.

IRC has more International students but the set-up is similar. My son lives at A&H and really likes it. Next year he will be in Webb Tower (top four floors are for non-Freshman undergrads).
