<p>I just got the email from the UW saying that they expect to have housing for all incoming freshman. I'm not sure if i'll go there, but I want to sign up for the housing i want asap. does anyone know if the deposit is binding?</p>
<p>I am 90% sure that it's refundable. I can't remember where I read that, though.</p>
