housing question

so there's basic housing information on the website. but does anyone have any insider information or personal preferences they could share with us?

Check the history or do a search, there's been a lot of topics about this within the past several months.

Well... if your interested in ensuring that you're living in a nice place you could apply to be in healthy living. I mean, I'm really interested in the program and if you're similarly interested you can both be in a healthy living situation and live in one of 3 awesome Halls and avoid living in wren.

Healthy living does not necessarily mean you will get good housing. The healthy living floors change each year and are not necessarily what the housing website says they are. Also, Wren isn't necessarily a bad dorm - I know a lot of people who loved it this year and chose to live there again sophomore year.
As far as personal preferences, the only things you really get to pick are whether you want all-freshman housing or not, all womens, or Metcalf-Bridge program.
