housing questionaire questions..

Hey i haven't officially sent back my acceptance of NYU's offer so i can't access the actual housing forms or questionaire... just out of curiousity i was wondering what types of questions are asked... someone who has access to this questionaire please help and let me know what questions are listed?

you pick one out of each two choices:

ROOM USE
Study/Sanctuary: I prefer my room to be more a sanctuary where I can study than a social gathering place. Each roommate should avoid disturbing the other by watching the TV or listening to music without headphones, having a lot of guests, coming in late at night, or interfering with the other`s study.
Social/Relaxation: I prefer my room to be more of a living room, where I can relax, than a study lounge. Each roommate should feel free to listen to music or TV, come and go as they please, and have friends visit or stay overnight within the guidelines set by the University.

ROOM ORGANIZATION
Structured Organization: I prefer a specific agreement with my roommates about how the room is arranged, standards and schedules for cleaning our room and bathroom and study habits. Any problems should be resolved by negotiating changes in the agreement. Each roommate should take responsibility for carrying out his or her part of the agreement.
Casual Organization: I prefer a casual arrangement with my roommates in which we accommodate each other rather than making a specific agreement. How the room will be arranged, standards for cleaning, study habits, and other rules are not as important as freedom and flexibility. If something bothers one of us, we should bring it up and discuss a solution.

LIFESTYLE PREFERENCE
Conservative: I feel most comfortable living with someone whose attitudes about individual lifestyle choices and personal relationships are generally more conservative than most people my age.
Liberal:I feel most comfortable living with someone whose attitudes about individual lifestyle choices and personal relationships are generally more liberal than most people my age.

Can we leave any of the questions blank? For example, I don't mind whether my roommate is conservative/liberal, I just want her to do her share of bathroom maintenance : )

not sure about that. i know you dont have to fill it out at all, but i dont know if they let you leave some blank.
