Is your son in a ra suite?

They are checking if it is designated as one for next year - it was not this year. If it is an RA suite for next year than that is the problem and he and his roommates will have to find a new room next year. There is three of them that want to stay in the room but an RA takes two spots Housing said - plus they don’t know if male or female.

This sounds a bit messy. It may clear up next week, but it was suggested that our D and her suite mates also choose to stay put as a backup plan since they want to stay together. They are currently in Lakeside, but want to stay in Honors housing, so they will have to choose a new spot in RC on 2-28. We called twice and were given the same advice both times.

Since kids who stay put will be pulling in the following day, these rooms will not be locked up next week. While my son and his suitemate stayed put today, they are supposed to be pulled into another suite tomorrow.

Now, if for some reason, that falls through, at least my son and his suitemate are together, which is better than having to randomly pick a new room next week.

Wishing everybody luck with housing this week and next.
