<p>Online, it says that residence hall contracts are emailed sometime June-August. "Signed contracts must be submitted within ten days from the date the contract was emailed to you."</p>

<p>I'm going to be visiting India for three weeks this June, and I won't have access to e-mail or computers. Do I need to contact them and let them know that if they send me my contract during that time, I won't be able to sign and submit it to them within ten days?</p>
