Housing tips

So, I am a natural procratinator (i am a spontaneous idealist, hence this cannot be helped) and I won't get to apply for housing until the first of April. Because of this, I am coming to terms with the fact that I probably won't get the best housing. I am determined to live on campus because I am from out of state, but I would like some tips for making the most of the older dorms. Are there any seasoned students that have any decorating/storage tips for an incoming freshman?

If you wait that long, you may not get on-campus housing. If your procrastination cannot be helped, there are time there will be serious consequences in college. This will be the first consequence. I would apply NOW.

unfortunately, until my mother gets paid, I can’t send in the payment. If I go ahead and send in the Housing application and signitures then send the payment in at the beginning of the month do you think it would be a safe bet?

Submit housing application right now. You’ve got 10 business days to submit deposit to FSU housing, but get application in first today. Good luck!

I sent in the electronic part of the application, I just have to send in the signitures and fees. My prioriy number is 7918. I’m about to start looking at off-campus housing just in case.
