<p>hey so i decided to dorm next year, and i am currently a commuter student. i filled out the waiting list application for housing but i was wondering if that even gives me any chance of being able to dorm? i just want to know what my chances are of actually getting in... i might just go to their office and see if they can do anything.</p>

<p>Did you mean the application in which you had to clarify the campus and residence of your choice? If you submitted that before the deadline, then I think you should be fine. Of course, it doesn’t guarantee that you will be placed in the dorm of your choice, but they’ll still let you live on campus.</p>
<p>yeah, they made me choose my living preferences and such. and what campus i wanted to live on. i tried to sound very felxible (dont care about smoking, or loudness) lol because i was afraid if i had too many demands they would put me on a campus i wouldnt want. the campus is what im really concerned about, not the living preferences. but that’s relieving… as long as im dorming, im not too picky hehe.</p>
