Hi, I'm a transfer student that applied for housing in beginning of feb. I was just wondering the chances of getting a contract at this point? Are there any other transfer students waiting for housing contracts?

I applied May 9 lol. We’re you conditionally admitted?

Yeah I’ve been admitted, got my offical notice a month or two ago

Well if you were conditionally admitted (meaning you still had to take prerequisite classes for your major), the housing department won’t consider you officially admitted and therefore won’t offer you a contract. You will have to call/email housing and explain the situation. As far as I know, we would be manually assigned. I am in the same boat right now and it’s so stressful. :/

If you don’t find a spot on campus, you may want to take a look at this!

Hey guys! I am trying to hand over my lease that I signed for next year. The lease would be from August 2013-August 2014.

I am looking to hand over my lease so I can move in with my boyfriend. I live with 3 girls who all attend UF. They are all very clean and nice! We live in a 4/4 at University Club Apartments on the second floor. The rent is 485 a month, which includes all utilities (cable, electric, etc). The apartment is all furnished which means that all the furniture is already provided!

There is a clubhouse, pool, car-cleaning area, multiple bus stops across the street, free printing lab (open 24/7), gym (open 24/7), and they always have events going on at the clubhouse!

Please let me know if you are interested, my name is Sarah. I would be happy to answer any questions you might have at all!

The best way to contact me is by phone. You can shoot me a text or call! My number is (561) 358-3578.
