I know that Storrs has one of the largest percentage of undergraduates that live on campus across the country, but does anyone know if on-campus housing is virtually guaranteed all four years? Is there a lottery system when you become an upperclassman, or do many just choose to eventually live off campus and there is still room for anyone that wants it?

Trying to compare UConn to Penn State, where housing can get very dicey after freshman year.
