Housing?

I am thinking of living in Lake Claire but I want to see more pictures of it because all the pictures online are misleading. So, if anyone has pictures can you please put them on here.

There should be a video tour on the UCF website that you can watch.

Hope it helps! but i haven’t seen any pictures.

I am between Lake Claire Apartments and Libra community…which is better?

Lake Claire tends to be less social than “Dorm Style” communities. It also happens to look like a jail cell. However, you do get a kitchen and living room and your own room, which you don’t get in Libra. Libra is more social and looks less like a jail cell, but you share a room, get no kitchen and no living room. Libra should be cheaper as well.

I also feel that Libra has the best “positioning” of any dorm, because it’s close to MarketPlace (if you have a meal plan), the Rec center, and most of the classroom buildings. Lake Claire is only really close to the arena (sort of), Nicholson Comm. Building and Greek row…and the last bit is probably a disadvantage more than likely.
