**Redski:* "In choosing Parkside, I hope you all meant the Suites. Cuz you don't want to live in the Apartments, trust me."*
What is wrong with Parkside apartments? Is it just Parkside... do you think for those who want apartment living Century is ok?

okay, so I officially update mine. I was very tempted to put cardinal gardens as my first choice, but sicne I'll only know 1 person next year at USC, I figured I should go with North and New, the mroe social dorms:

What is wrong with Parkside apartments?
[/quote]
1. No Air Conditioning! Very bad!
2. Old and smelly; supposedly the trash chutes are not well-maintained
3. rat problems
4. I can live with this one: old outdated furniture and appliances. Although I know some in the apartments who hate this.

I know people in Century and they seem to like it. Although it is also old; TrojanHousing has already said that when they get the funds, the next housing renovation will be Century. Their major grunt is that it's FAR from their classes and all the other dorms.

Cardinal Gardens in my mind is a better choice for apartments...at least it better be good, cuz that's where I'm living next year.

They are essentially the same. The only difference is the special interest communities. Everyone calls it new/north. I went to USC last week, and I honestly couldnt tell the difference.

why are people mostly picking north or new or birnkrant? like why is that people's no. 1 choices? cos from the booklet i received it SEEMS as if parkside is the best? .... has the most icons on it ... tho quite expensive...

What's wrong with Pardee? It seems that no one (at least out of anything I've seen anywhere so far) has listed Pardee as their number 1 choice. Is there something horiibly wrong that I just don't know about?
