<p>Hello there.</p>

<p>I was accepted into University of Michigan's Engineering Program. I am awaiting college decisions from the other universities I applied to before I make a final decision. However, can I put a non-binding refundable housing deposit to secure a res hall of my choice? Or are the housing deposits binding and can only be done when I confirm my enrollment into Michigan?</p>

<p>their not binding until you sign the lease, however they are non-refundable. and yes, you have to send in that enrollment deposit before you can do housing.</p>
