<p>It's for anyone who is not a freshman now. It used to be the transfer community but then they changed that to somewhere on west, then that place on west was knocked down(i think) and now Hasbrouck is for anyone, grads, transfers and underclassmen(2nd-4th year) who wants to live there</p>
