<p>does anyone know anything about the santa ynez appartments? they seem to be the cheapest form of housing i will find over there....521 a month which includes utilities. but i would like to know if this place has a lot of parties, or is it just kinda quite?</p>
<p>another cheap place i would like to know a little more about are the garden court appartments in iv...they are really cheap too. if any students or former students can give me some insight i would appreciate it.</p>
<p>both places are cheap, santa ynez will be 537 next year, which is pretty good and deposit is only 50 bucks, maybe it went up but i still think its 50, the nicest apartments are the 400s cause it was remodeled a few years ago and i think they might of done the same to the 100s, not sure. There are 4 apartments in one building, so depending on how you do your questionaire they might put all the same types of people in one building? i know some apartments have parties and some sreas of santa ynez is louder then others, just depends. Garden Court is i think 400 something with utilities if 4 people live there</p>
