<p>Well, labor relations you would have to think of all the energy companies based in Houston, most of which have huge unionized workforces. Start going down the list of energy companies. (Maybe look specifically at public utilities.) Even in the economic downturn, they should still be more willing to higher than consumer goods companies.</p>
