How about five course my first semester at Princeton?

I am thinking about getting my semester of five courses completed during the first semester of my freshman year. I am in a spring varsity sport so I have more time in the fall semester. In addition, I will be taking two courses that will probably be a fair amount of review in the first semester since I took them AP in high school. I will also have the freshman seminar and add in an art or music class. Some people have said to wait until sophomore year since I will be more accustomed to how to get things done at Princeton. Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance

If you really want to try, go ahead. You’ve presented unique circumstances, and you can always drop a course up until the sixth week of classes or so if you’re struggling.

Yeah you’ve got some pretty good reasons to try five now, so give it a shot. It’s really not that bad.

Why don’t you just drop one of the classes that would be review for you? There doesn’t seem to be any reason to take it since it’s just going to be old material anyway.
