I just took one in us history and got a 650 and I was wondering if this had any validity. Thanks!

bumpbumpbump

I took two of them before taking the actual test for U.S. History and I got a 670 and 690.
On the real test, I got a 710.
So I’d say they’re just a little bit harder.
At least for history…

Nice!!! I just got a 700 on one, so that feels really good to hear. Thanks!

Anyone else have any experience with this?

Chemistry (590 Sparknotes): (750+ real thing)

what about math ii?

^ Heard some pretty positive things about Sparknotes for Math II. I recall seeing a poster who got an 800 on that test attributing his success to Sparknotes.

math II isn’t very hard.

shut upppppp

The sparknotes tests for biology are fairly close, chemistry a little bit more on the hard side.

(some of) the math II sparknotes tests are unnaturally harder than they should be. I would even say harder than Barron’s…i mean some of the questions i just dont understand how could possibly expect you to know how to solve, but that’s just me.

The only thing with sparknotes though is some of the tests are messed up and it will tell you you have a wrong answer when you have a right one, although all the explanations they give are correct.

^ Good to know.

I haven’t taken SAT subject tests yet (Going to take on Nov 9).
Sparknote’s tests are a bit buggy; most of the tests contain 4-8 mistakes. So it is not always possible to judge my performance.
I have got average 780 on Physics, and Average 750 in chemistry tests, but I haven’t taken the official test, so my comment might be inaccurate. However, I have taken the tests from official blue book, and it seems to me that Physics test is quite accurate but math and chemistry tests are a bit harder than the real one.

Wow the chemistry has like 5 mistakes… you auto lose 50pts:

They say:
“In the diagram above … answer the question”
(There is no freaking diagram)

Yeah, I’ve only gotten a 630 on their practice tests for math II, which makes me nervous.
