How accurate?

how accurate is the roger hub chances calculator? I got 36% for Berkeley, 40% for LA, and 75% for SD. https://rogerhub.com/uc-undergraduate-admissions-calculator/

Not sure what your stats are, but 75% seems high for SD in comparison to UCLA and UCB. It does not take into account essays and EC’s so it cannot be too accurate. Probably only useful as a guideline to see if it is worth an application. I plugged in my own son’s stats from 3 years ago and got Holy smokes as great chances at SD and SB (not accepted) but got 71% for UCD where he was accepted and matriculated.
Take results with a grain of salt

It’s useless. If your school uses naviance, the graphs for individual schools would be more accurate.

I calculate that it has a 87% validity rate.

These chances are very arbitrary, to be honest. I believe that applying good personal judgement in terms of where you stand is the most reliable way to go.

Thanks @Gumbymom @ShipAlreadySank @HollaChalla @umcoe16 I just visited the three and loved them all! Berkeley is my dream school so I am praying that I get in. I have a 31 ACT, 1390/2080 SAT, and 4.13 I think UC GPA. I just want this to happen
