<p>It's spring, and guess what, I've been so allergic to practically anything and everything, my days are now officially made up of constant sneezing and occasional dizziness. The worst part is, I never had (or thought I had) any allergic reactions before, I mean never. So any of you suffering from bad allergies out there? What do you guys do? Any tips?</p>

<p>My dad gets allergy shots to help him cope with allergies. They seem to work. I have small period of allergies in the spring but nothing significant. Whenever I do get the sneezing, runny nose, and watering eyes I just tough it out. Hopefully the condition won't worsen in the future.</p>
<p>Mold is my worst enemy. I get tired when it rains and if it stays damp the symptoms worsen. Blech. I just take a claritin or allegra.</p>
<p>I'm allergic to bugs, especially sugar ants, no lie.</p>
<p>I tried to think it was psychological, but that definitely didn't work for me.</p>
<p>A sugar ant crawled over my foot when I was half-dozing. I thought, "Pssh. It's a mind thing," and proceeded to stop thinking about it. Ten minutes later, I realized I can't move my foot and it's purple and swollen.</p>
<p>I was on tons of medication for a month AND I had to get shots.</p>
<p>Otherwise, I'm not allergic to anything.</p>
<p>Yea im basically allergic to a lot of stuff. I had allergy shots for 5 years, this is a smart move because it helped me alot!</p>

<p>Go for allergy shots. I spent the first 45 years of my life being miserable every spring, until I finally decided that if my kids could have allergy desensitization therapy, so could I. I'm finishing my 5th and final year of shots, and this spring while everyone around me has been suffering, I'm just breezing along with minimal symptoms. And just for the record, I am (was?) allergic to most trees, weeds, grasses, pollens, molds and animals.</p>
