How am i doing? feedback please!

hello, I'm a rising male junior, running track and cross country, and i am hoping to be recruited to run in the ivy league. Im curious to see how my overall picture is looking, including my extra curriculars. here's my general profile:
-4.0GPA going into junior year (took all honors courses fresh/soph years)
-in my highschool's highest band (will have done band all 4 years)
-will have done spanish all 4 years
-will be taking pre-calc regular and 3APs junior year(bio,eng,u.s.hist) and multiple APs senior year.
- track and cross country all 4 years. with multiple varsity letters. do they like to see that?
-i will most likely be captain of either cross country or track senior year as well.
-in addition i will be the leader of the education committee for an environmental club on campus
any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

I mean, being recruited will depend more upon mile times and 5K times and less upon your academics (though Ivy League looks for strong academic performers in their athletes as well) , what are your 5k and Mile bests? (or whatever track event you may do)
Your academics seem pretty solid, but are track and XC your only EC’s?

sophomore year times: 2:03 for the 800m, 4:38 for 1600m, 5k (was injured sophomore year, so i will see junior year). my other EC’s are band, red cross volunteer, leader of education committee of environmental club, i run 5k races that benefit my community (to express an involvement with my sport outside of school, and lastly i may be captain of XC or track senior year.

Write to a coach

i think i’m going to wait to write to the coaches until after my junior cross country season (in november/december). because then there will be some better times we can work with.
