How am I doing?

<p>Hi everyone. I'm just looking for an overview of how I'm doing. How can I improve?</p>

<p>Freshman year I took:</p>

<p>Honors English, A-
Honors Geometry, B+
Honors Spanish 3-4, A+
Honors Bio, B+/A-
PE, A
Orchestra, A</p>

<p>Sophomore year was better:</p>

<p>Honors Algebra 2, A-
Honors Spanish 5-6, A+
Honors WHistory, A+
Honors English 3-4, A
PE, A
Orchestra, A</p>

<p>I ended last year with a 4.67, I think, unweighted that's a 3.8, I think.</p>

<p>I took the PSAT last year for the first time, just to try it, did all right, I think I got:</p>

<p>Math 590
Critical Reading 620
Writing 670</p>

<p>May have to check those... I'm retaking the PSAT in fall and taking the SAT, maybe ACT in spring. </p>

<p>I teach karate to kids every week, have been doing so for over a year, at the studio I've trained at for ten years.</p>

<p>I've walked dogs at the local shelter and assisted with people for a year.</p>

<p>I write for fun, and I've won Script Frenzy two consecutive years. I don't know what that's worth, but it boosted me in an interview for a leadership program where the interviewer had actually done the contest before.</p>

<p>I'm going to do Tomorrows Leaders Today this year. ^</p>

<p>I'm in NHS, CSF, Math Club, and I think I'm in Writers Club...but we haven't done anything...ever.</p>

<p>This year (tomorrow actually) I'm taking:</p>

<p>AP Spanish Language
AP English Language and Composition
APUSH
Honors Trig/Precalc
Ac Chemistry- it's what fit! ):
Orchestra</p>

<p>That's about it...</p>

<p>So how am I doing, with regards to college and stuff?</p>

<p>generally, you’re okay… i would just improve your SAT/ACT scores and participate in a few more EC’s</p>

<p>You’re decently cocky, but not quite up to the standards that College Confidential expects of its users. Extra points for posting about grades outside of “What are my Chances” though.</p>

<p>I’m pretty sure your absolutely ‘astounding’ grades demonstrate a high level of intellect. You should understand what I’m talking about due to your superior mind. How many other posts dedicated to the op’s grades do you see on this part of the site? Holy ****, how did you ever get an A in Spanish when you seem to have trouble with your own native tongue.</p>
