i think you're in. your act score is excellent and clearly overrides your SAT score (which is still good). your gpa and classload are excellent and your extracurriculars are nice (especially sports). i think you're in.

I think your good, your ACT is better which shows your strengths are in math and science which is good for engineering, you should have no problem.

Is Michigan familiar with your school? Do many students from your school apply to Michigan, get admitted and enroll into Michigan? If so, are their math grades usually in the B range?

well.. I live in Asia and only 3 students went to Michigan since the Study Abroad System established in our school.(it was established in 1996 and until now 31 students were admitted and only 3 are attending. ) Most of students go to private schools.

That's good enough. 30 admits over 10 years means your school is well known to Michigan. Now do those admitted students usually have Bs in math?

HyunJ can you please ask questions in your own threads?

Alexandre- i have had all A's in my math classes except for 1 B in Geometry, also as the classes have become more advanced, my grades have gone up... and yes, the math classes are definitely no pushovers

Geometry is generally a 9th grade class. If that's the case, your B in Geometry won't even be considered since Michigan does not look at Freshmen grades.
