Hi! Columbia is actually in my top three (it switches between two and three), so I love it a lot. I can't really find any 2013 or 2012 RD results--or ED for that matter--threads so I was hoping someone could help me gauge where I stand?

SAT: 2360 (780CR/780M/800W/12)
SAT IIs: 800, 800, 720
GPA: 3.83/4.00 (had a rough sophomore year when I moved to a new school and wasn't really adjusted curriculum-wise. I have about 8 B's in total on my transcript. I have 3.9's & 4.0's in 9th, 11th, & 12th)
Rank: No rank. But we have Naviance only for JUNIOR year grades, and my junior year GPA is above the Columbia-acceptance average at my school. My counselor doesn't seem worried about my grades though.

ECs: Art (10 intl/natl awards, intl Juried Publications, intl/natl Juried shows, Lessons, Classes, Workshops, etc.)
Varsity Sport (Captain with lots of state/school recognition)
Culture-type club (Pres.)
Culture/Charity-type club (Pres.)
Culture/Social Issues-type club (officer position, leader of a school-wide social issues program)
Yearbook (executive team)
Science Research (internships, volunteering, programs, nothing major)
Volunteering (school's student director of an internship program, school boards, teacher assistant, tutoring, misc stuff, etc.)

Writing: My recs will definitely be strong, but I'm not reading them. I'm sure my one essay (it's a pity Columbia only has one essay :(!) will be above average, maybe even better.

Personal: Male, ORM, family members have attended (just not parents/grandparents, so not legacy in the traditional sense)

School type: I went to an easy public in 9th (one B+), then moved to an extremely prestigious private in my region in 10th (6 B/B+'s), Junior year (one B+), Senior year (4.0). My counselor is writing about my 'adjustment' issues but i don't think that will have much impact. I do know that unhooked people with a few C's have gotten at least wait-listed just because my school has a reputation of being really difficult.

Thanks!!
