How am I looking, very ambitous...

Hello, I've been reading through threads on CC for a little bit now, but I think i could really benefit from some outside perspectives. I'm a junior in high school, and would like to know my chances for my preferred colleges and programs, or to gain insight as to what caliber of school I should be considering.

My "list" so far ( in order of preference):
1. Northwestern HPME/Brown PLME
2.Stanford
3. Tufts/Bates
4. Colorado school of mines/UCLA/an assortment of california state schools (USC, UCSB, UCSD, UCB)

I want to go to medical school, as indicated by my top choices, and would like to study Chemistry as an undergraduate. I'm very open to suggestions of schools, and would very much appreciate anyone taking their time to make recommendations.

That being said, honestly my stats probably aren't good enough for numbers 1 and 2 on my list. My stats are as follows:

Freshman year:
Biology H
Geometry H
Government H
English H
Spanish III H
I ended up with a 4.00 GPA and an average of approx. 96. I got high honors (avg>95) both semesters, and ended with the highest grade or tied for highest grade in a few classes (bio and gov off the top of my head)

Sophomore year
Chemistry H
Algebra II H
World HIstory (not AP)
English H
Spanish IV H
Again had a 4.00 GPA, and an average around 96. High honors both semesters, no highest grade in any classes.

Between my sophomore and junior years I moved across the country, from a very small primarily white private school to a large primarily hispanic public school. I don't know if this has any influence but if I do say so myself I displayed pretty incredible adaptability, it was honestly a huge transition going from my old environment to this environment and I've made good friends and became involved in the student body almost immediately. I'm pretty social/popular, which I think is fairly impressive and may set me apart a little bit with my grades and being the new kid a lot of my life (shows adaptability) , but I don't know if I should mention that to colleges, or if they'll care.

Junior year
Biology AP
Chemistry AP
US History AP
English Lang/Comp AP
Pre-calculus PAP (pre-ap, new schools equivalent to honors)
Soccer x2 (soccer at this school takes 2 of my periods)
I currently have a 95.5 average and am confident it will rise at least one point.

Senior year
Physics AP
Anatomy and Physiology PAP
Economics
English Lit AP
Calculus BC
Statistics AP

There may be another class, but my schedule is kind of up in the air in order to make sure I get my graduation requirements since they're different at the high school I came from and the school I'm at now

Extracurriculars:
Varsity soccer since freshman year (on a very successful team at my old school, reigning state champs)
NHS, Spanish honors society
Musician (drummer) for 8 years, played at church, in the youth church, in a few rock bands, and in a kind of exhibition/promotion band for a local music shop.
Worked at an asphalt plant laboratory doing quality control and assessment
Shadowed my father (a surgeon)
Will have significant volunteer hours by the time I graduate
very fitness oriented (cook my own clean meals, run 15+ miles a week in the mornings and lift on top of soccer)
Will have my private pilots license by the time I graduate.
My father was in the military and was deployed for long periods of my childhood, and I've moved a lot, including living in germany for 3 years during elementary school.
WPI frontiers program summer of 2014
Lots of traveling and exposure to culture
Hopefully will be organizing service trip to Honduras to volunteer in certain hospitals.

Standardized tests:
Fairly weak. Haven't taken any AP tests, or the SAT/ACT. Took the PSAT last year, got a 195 which I'm not very happy with.

I'll probably end up graduating top 5% of my class, definitely top 7%, and hopefully top 3%, we'll see.

I think I could write some awesome essays about soccer (I truly believe the dedication and discipline that my old soccer team required from me played a large role in molding me into who I am today) and moving (I think I'm a highly adaptable kid who can excel in almost any conditions.) I'm also very passionate about science and medicine.

There's nothing that impressive about my application, at least from my perspective, so I'd appreciate some opinions and chances. Thanks so much!

Other than your standardized tests, everything else here is, in my opinion, picture perfect for college admissions. Work on you SAT and I’d say you have a really good chance of getting into just about any school.

I recommend you study for any standardized testing coming up. You have pretty great ecs. Your gpa is good as well. Do you have any awards that can set you apart? Itll be tough for Stanford, just because of the insane competition and legacy. Dont mean to pry or get to personal, but ethnicity can be important as well. A 195 as a sophomore isnt bad, you can definitely improve from that. Because of your spectacular ecs, I’d say you have a good chance at the other schools. But because standardized testing, its kinda up in the air right now. Nw is fairly competitive as well, especially the medical program. Can’t offer any really solid advice as I’m a student myself. But from my perspective:

 1. Definitely possible with solid scores.
 2. Ehh
 3. Yes
 4. Yes

if you can get your SAT to around a 2200, you’ll have an excellent shot at all but Stanford. You have a very impressive resume. Chance back please?

I am white and don’t have any awards to set me apart, at least not yet. Hopefully that will change. Also my father is a tufts alumni, forgot to mention that.

The moving thing might help a little bit. I moved 4 times during high school all across the country to 4 different schools
