Cornell, Brown, Dartmouth, for sure, and any of the top LACs to be honest. Your demographic is the most underrepresented. Many have outreach programs where the cost of the trip is covered if they accept you for that visit. Duke, Emory and Rice are great choices and tough to get in but I would add a few that are in the Northeast. I think your stats, homestate and demographic would play even better up here.
