How am I supposed to pass this interview?

I just graduated college recently and have an interview for an entry level position in a research firm and I have to interview with 10 people throughout the day including eating lunch with an interviewer and then the boss at the end. The problem is I am introverted person, don't like being in the spotlight and I'm not good at or like small chit chat which I am expecting a lot of. There's also a million different questions I think they could ask me and I don't have time to prepare for all them, and I also have to take a test. I've had interviews like one or one or a few people, but not like this one and I can't say I am very excited about it just nervous and I feel sick. any advice ? please help and thanks in advance

Step back and try to forget that you are interviewing with a large number of people. Prepare for the interview the same way you would prepare for any other.

When you get there, be yourself. If they are all about small talk, that could indicate a company cultural value, and if you are not a fan of it, it might mean that you would not like working there.

Companies do not try to make their interviews fail; they are interested enough in you that they will have ten people speak with you, which means that you probably have a good chance of getting an offer.

For strategy, focus mainly on the questions you want to ask. What do you want to find out? For example, my favorite question is, “what do you like the least about working here?” If you ask ten people, it becomes a meaningful survey, and that can tell you a lot about what you are getting into. Also make sure to listen when they talk to you, as they will be telling you about all the different aspects of the company. Come up with at least one question based on what you have heard during each mini-interview.

Try your best to relax … oh, and print out twelve copies of your resume!
