How are ACT subscores used in admissions?

My highest ACT score is a 31, with subscores of English: 34 Reading: 33 Science: 30 Math: 27 I’ve gotten a 27 on math EVERY TIME I’ve taken the act (so 3 times)… lemme tell ya! Like sheesh. Now, if I wanna go to a school like UCLA for biochemistry or a science related major, will my fairly low math score be a red flag? HELP
