How are RPI decisions released? I'm guessing it will be by email, but I also have the candidate's choice application's home page, which I think could be where I might get a released decision. Any ideas?

I never ended up getting this email so it was really confusing for me when I went through EDI, but this is what you’re supposed to do.

Once you’ve got your application squared away and submitted go to http://apply.rpi.edu/status and click the “Forgot Your Password?” link. Enter the email you submitted on your application, and click reset.

You should get an email with a new password, and now you should be able to login and view your application status and decision as it comes in.

Best of luck,

-Doom

Thanks! I had no idea that page even existed.

Neither did I, and it became REALLY frustrating come decision time :|.

Atleast it’s here for future reference.

-Doom

I applied regular decision and received a link to my decision letter by email.

@ Randwulf So you mean that you have already known your admission decision? I am a regular decision applicant as well! Thank you for your help.

Has anyone else gotten a decision yet? I would expect that if they have sent out one regular decision acceptance they probably have sent out many.

what about for grad student apps??..anybody know when those come out??

Does anyone know when RD decisions come out?

I think RD decisions come out on March 12th.

thxs for the info

Does anyone know what time specifically on the 12th it will be posted online?

Typically decision comes out at 7PM Eastern.
