<p>@Rdtsmith when did he submit it? They say that golden application people get a decision in 30 days or less but I submitted mine on 9/19 with documents sent by 9/25 and have not gotten a decision yet. I’m worried because I didn’t try on the application at all. </p>
<p>I would first check your spam folder then call. My son got the decision via email exactly one day before the thirty days and even though they said 2 weeks for acceptance packet in snail mail he got it about 10 days later. Best of luck to you!</p>
<p>I submitted my Golden App September15 and was admitted on November2. They sent an email with three attachments, including the acceptance letter, a “roadmap” and a housing brochure. Still haven’t received the packet on mail (probably because I’m an international student it takes some more time for mail to arrive). Hope this helps!

<p>from the time I submitted my application to the time I got accepted was more than a month ( like 40-50 days)- probably because it took a while for all my documents to get sent in and processed</p>
<p>@engineer2015 also, your stats are higher than mine ( both E.C. wise and in scores) so I wouldn’t be so worried </p>

<p>I submitted my app on 10/5, ACT sent in 10/15. Acceptance received 11/17</p>
<p>Last year my son applied the first day the Golden Application was available (and said that another set of ACT scores would be coming after the late September test date) and he heard back in mid-October. He received a postal letter, no e-mail. All decisions are usually made by mid-December and then there is a wait list.</p>
